What's new in v0.1.13

When a workspace is read-only or has expired, its API keys and connected assistants can still read but no longer change anything; an archived workspace's keys stop working.

Voice pickers no longer flash a voice's raw id when they first open. While the list of voices loads, the box says Loading voices…, and then shows the voice's name. Picking a voice no longer reloads the whole list either, so choosing is quicker.
