New
Your own systems can now import captured demos into your workspace with an API key that has the new Import and update demos permission: the steps, the captured screens, the voice-over and the narration. Every imported demo is checked before it goes live, so a new version replaces the live one only when its check passes, and a failing update never reaches a buyer or your knowledge.
Demos and Demo Studio show where each imported demo stands: which version is live, and whether a newer version is waiting with its check passed or failed and why. Select a waiting update to open its check.
Agents can now place phone calls (beta). Connect a number from your Twilio account (Account SID and an auth token or API key) or your Telnyx account (an API key and its Call Control connection) under Channels → Phone, and agents call from it. Every call opens with the spoken AI disclosure, and each call's transcript and outcome land in Activity. Answering incoming calls is not available yet.
You can now report a problem from any page. The report includes a screenshot you can annotate and black out, and it shows exactly what will be sent so you can remove anything first. Each report gets a reference such as T-42. You can follow it under Operations → Diagnostics → Tickets as it goes from reported to investigating to fixed in a dated update, reply to our team there, and get an email when we answer and when the fix ships. Workspace admins see the whole team's tickets, can assign them, switch to a board and save views.

Improved
Reporting a problem now looks like stepping out to talk to us, not like another page of the product. The report sheet, the screenshot you mark up and the confirmation are set on a dark ground, and the Tickets page carries a matching dark header, so it's always clear when you're talking to support about the page rather than working in it.
