Prep tools
Prep tools turn your sales methodology into things a seller can take into a meeting: discovery questions, a qualification scorecard and a call brief. They live in Knowledge → Prep tools.
Every tool lets you choose a methodology (your workspace default or any of the six) and a language (English, French or Arabic), and every result has Copy as Markdown, so it pastes cleanly into an email, a CRM note or a chat.
Discovery questions
When to use it: before a discovery call.
Enter the account name, and optionally its industry and notes, then Generate questions. You get the methodology's discovery questions grouped by stage, including any questions your team has customised. Because they come straight from your methodology, they are consistent from seller to seller.
Qualification scorecard
When to use it: after a call, before deciding what happens next.
Enter the account name and paste the account notes: meeting notes, a call transcript, the deal status. Then Build scorecard. For every criterion in the methodology you get:
- a status: complete, partial, missing or unknown;
- the evidence from your notes that supports it (or a clear "no evidence");
- the next step to fill the gap.
It also gives an overall health rating (strong, mixed, weak or unknown) and a one-paragraph summary. The richer the notes, the more useful the scorecard.
Call prep brief
When to use it: a day or two before an important call, so you can read it twice.
Enter the account name, the objective of the call (for example "agree a pilot" or "show the reporting module") and your notes, then Create brief. The brief contains:
- an executive summary;
- the deal context;
- questions to ask, in priority order;
- likely objections, with a suggested framing for each;
- recommended demos;
- follow-up actions.
Is there a history?
Yes. The History tab keeps every output with the inputs that produced it, so you can see later what context a brief was built from. Filter it by tool.
Can every agent use every tool?
Each role surface lists the prep tools it's allowed to use, so you can, for example, keep call briefs to sales engineers.
Does this cost anything to run?
Scorecards and briefs are written by the AI and count towards your workspace's usage like any other answer. Discovery questions come straight from your methodology.
