Part 01 of 03
New
Help and docs are now one click away. In the workspace there's a Help link in the top bar and a Help & docs item in your account menu, on every plan and for every role. The search (Ctrl K / ⌘K) now finds the published guides, features and FAQs as well as pages and records, so typing "embed" or "WhatsApp" turns up the matching guide. Pages that have their own guide or feature page, such as Sources, Agents or Scheduling, show a Help link beside the page title that opens it directly. Docs open in the same tab, unless you've started filling in a form, in which case they open in a new tab so you don't lose your work. The front page and the sign-in and sign-up screens link to the docs too.

Improved
Checking a demo flow can now also capture it. Turn on Capture frames before you start a check and it saves a sharp screenshot after each segment, captioned with that segment's narration, plus an optional voice-over of each caption in your default voice. The result shows as a filmstrip you can click through full size, with a play button for each voice-over, and Download storyboard saves the frames, the voice-over clips and the captions as one zip for slides, documentation or training. If the voice-over can't be made you still get the frames, and the check says why.
The What's new pages in the docs have a new look. Each release opens with artwork, its version and date, and a one-line summary, followed by an "In this release" grid: one card per feature, with its icon, a beta tag where it applies, and a link to that feature's guide. Cards about an integration say what it works with, showing the Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive logo with its name. The notes are split into clearly marked New, Improved and Fixed parts, and the list of releases shows each one as a card with icons for what it touched. Everything works on a phone.
Part 03 of 03
Fixed
The Sources list now shows ready for a document or web page that has finished processing. Sources added one at a time used to keep showing pending even after they were ready to answer from.
A hand-written demo flow can now be edited on its own page: change its steps in the Flow definition box and save. Flows built from a recorded demo are still edited in the demo itself.
